HEALTHY&DELICIOUS

OMELETTE COOKED IN STEAMER

Ingredients:

3 eggs
100 ml milk
1 onion
salt (optionally)
some butter

At the beginning, it is necessary to blend the eggs with the milk. When the eggs and the milk become homogeneous mass, you can add salt, as an optionChop the onion. When everything is ready, take the bowl provided for cooking ricewhich looks like this:

If you do not have one, you can get another bowl, which can fit in the steamer. Then, you grease the bowl with the butter and place at the bottom the chopped onion. Afterwards, you pour in the eggs with milk mass and put the bowl in the steamer for 20 minutes.


After 20 minutes, the steamer’s alarm goes off, take the bowl out and withdraw ready to eat omlette on the plate.
